hello all. I have a few people to pray for this week (including myself) and I could use some help.
My first prayer request is for my neighbors across the street from me. They are an older couple, probably in their 70's and last Friday night their house caught on fire because of a faulty electrical wire. As I am sitting here writing this I can hear them outside talking about how hard it is and how they never wanted to lose their house. I'm so sad for them, it could have been any one of us. I don't know the wife's name but the husband is Charlie.
My second request is for a little baby named George. I was at his birth in late June and he was born with a heart defect that required surgery in the first few weeks of his life. The family is still struggling with feeding issues and healing from the ordeal.
My third request is for another new family recovering from a ceserean section. They are well but have requested prayers to aid in recovery as well.
And onto my fourth and fifth requests~ my next two babies due to be born are both worrying me. One is an attempted VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) They have 21 month old twins and mom is due in early August. She really doesn't want another c-section, but she has gestational diabetes and may end up having one anyway. The other is a young mom having her first baby. She comes from a troubled background that may come in her labor or first few months as a mother. Both of them will need a lot of support. The second mom's due date was just moved week later and the first will probably need to deliver a week earlier. Please pray that they don't both need me at the same time!!!!
And lastly I need prayers too. Financial woes are still getting worse and I am at a loss as to what I should do next.
